For-profit businesses that provide goods or services for marriage ceremonies or wedding celebrations are accommodated by only one state. Currently, Mississippi is the only state that provides a safeguard to these businesses in solemnization, recognition, association, or celebration of marriages and weddings that violate personally held religious or moral beliefs of the business or business owner.
