School Protections

These items consider whether public schools are required (a) to grant excused absences to students for religious observances, (b) to grant excused absences for religious education, (c) to grant excused absences for university students for religious observances, (d) to permit parents to opt children out of sexual education, and (e) to permit student athletes to wear faith-related attire.
